I'm 50yrs old, can I just take 1 sachet a day: We would recommend that for your age group you consume 2 - 3 serves per day. One daily serves naturally boosts the body’s collagen production to maintaining healthy hair, skin, and nails. Three serves is for those with damaged skin, wrinkles, a dull complexion, brittle nails, very fine or dry hair. How many mgs of collagen is in each sachet?: There are 3 grams (3000mg) of collagen in each individual serve of our natural marine collagen. Our flavoured option contains pure marine collagen, fruit extracts and natural sweetener. For each three gram serve, flavoured varieties contain between 2600mg and 3000mg of collagen per serve.
