During these trials, we employ objective clinical evaluations alongside subjective feedback from participants. This dual approach allows us to understand how our products perform in real-world settings. Participants provide insights into their experiences, noting changes in their skin or hair health, and the ease of regimen.

VISIA®

his complexion imaging system captures high-resolution images of the skin, analysing crucial parameters across key beauty concerns such as pigmentation, texture, wrinkles and pore size. The VISIA® tool allows us to track changes over time, providing objective data that demonstrates the effectiveness of our ingestible beauty products. In consumer trials, participants undergo a VISIA® skin analysis at week 0, prior to beginning supplementation. Followed by incremental check-in’s to record when early results and full product benefits can be expected.

HAIRMETRIX DEVICE:

Vida Glow is one of the only non-dermatological business in Australia to own a HairMetrix device, which speaks to our on-going commitment to science; ensuring our products are performing as they should and having the objective data to back it up. Using trichoscopy (dermoscopic imaging of the scalp and hair), the HairMetrix provides a comprehensive insight into all aspects of hair health. The device measures things like hair growth, the number of new hairs, the number of new hair follicles, the terminal to vellus ratio (implicated in androgenic alopecia), hair length, hair thickness and hair density.

Using advanced AI, the device is fully automated, meaning it provides accurate, scientifically validated measurements every time. Unlike similar devices on the market , the HairMetrix is non-invase. No scalp or hair preparation is required for the assessment ,meaning no cutting or colouring of the hair, making for a seamless participant experience.
